Gary is an Associate Solicitor and advises on all aspects of construction law, specialising in dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Gary has considerable experience of adjudication and has successfully enforced a number of adjudicator’s decisions in the Technology & Construction Court. Gary’s work regularly involves adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, acting for all parties in the construction chain (from developers to sub-contractors)

Victoria Power

Victoria is an experienced solicitor specialising in non-contentious matters. Prior to joining Hawkswell Kilvington, Victoria worked on the Terminal 5 Project at Heathrow. Victoria has invaluable non contentious construction experience advising Employers, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Consultants on the drafting and negotiating of both standard form and bespoke Building Contracts, Framework Agreements, Performance and Retention Bonds, Parent Company Guarantees, Collateral Warranties, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Hire and Purchase, Letters of Intent and Professional Appointments.
