Jonathan Hawkswell
Jonathan specialises in advising the building and civil engineering industry sectors primarily in relation to contentious matters. He has advised on a number of major construction and engineering disputes in adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He has been involved in a number of substantial claims through adjudication for extensions of time and final account disputes.
Previously recognised as “Construction Lawyer of the Year”.
Described in Chambers Legal Directory as “a quick astute lawyer … diligent and hard working … extremely commercial … always has client’s best interests at heart.” Jonathan was previously National Head of Construction at Pinsent Curtis Biddle (now Pinsent Masons).

David Kilvington
David is a strong all round construction lawyer with depth of experience in contentious and non-contentious construction work for developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, professionals and insurers. He frequently advises contractors and sub-contractors on all forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication.
Described in Chambers Legal Directory as “excellent, responsive and proactive.” David was previously National Head of Construction at Irwin Mitchell and prior to that was a partner in the Construction departments of Berrymans Lace Mawer and Dibb Lupton Alsop (now DLA).

Daniel Silberstein
Daniel focuses on resolving complex construction and engineering disputes. He has successfully handled numerous substantial adjudications, and has also resolved a number of multi party actions through the Technology and Construction Court. Daniel has also dealt with a significant number of high value professional negligence claims (for both claimant and defendant). Described in Chambers Legal Directory as “First Class”.
