Two widely acknowledged cases; one involving a declaration that a sub-contractor’s cap on liability was incorporated into a sub-contract; and a second involving the the striking out of an adjudicator’s decision which was declared out of time.
Mediation
Finding a solution to a claim between a design and build contractor and an employer over a design defect.
ICE Conciliation
Resolving £4m claim between main contractor and employer.
Contract Advice
Preparing and advising on contracts and related documents for various projects including factories, sports stadium, retail and mixed use developments, office parks, hospitals, supermarkets and process plants.
PFI
Advising the main contractor on an ISTC project and negotiating the bespoke form of building contract which stepped down the provision of the PFI Project Agreement.
